my red cell distribution width is higher normal range...
my mean cell volume oso quite low...
tis r the signs of:
-Iron Deficiency
-HbH Disease
-S/Beta Thalassaemia
-HbAC
-MAHA
-Severe anaemia of chronic disorders

den tt time c my blood film, saw tear-drop shaped red bld cell...
tear-drop shaped red bld cell r found in myelofibrosis and other myeloproliferative disorders, pernicious anemia, thalassemia, myeloid metaplasia, and some hemolytic anemias.

so in conclusion, i may be suffering frm pernicious anaemia or hemolytic anaemia...

pernicious anaemia is a form of megaloblastic anaemia due to vitamin B12 deficiency...
n according to wiki: The presentation of pernicious anemia resembles that of any other form of anemia, but is often accompanied by the manifestations of vitamin B12 deficiency (notably neurological abnormalities such as peripheral neuropathy),
n according to wiki again: Peripheral neuropathy is the term for damage to nerves of the peripheral nervous system, which may be caused either by diseases of the nerve or from the side-effects of systemic illness...

waaaa....damage to nervous system!!! no wonder i bcum more n more stupid, do things more n more slowly..... so cannot blame me do report do until so slow... coz my nerve damage le ma.... haha...

ok... enough of crap.... hopefully wat i interprete is wrong.... dunwanna gt peripheral neuropathy.... i alrdy getting more n more stupid tis days.....
