i tink i haf severe personality disorder... even b4 getting result of the personality test alrdy haf the feeling tt i gt personality disorder le... but didnt realise is so serious....

here is the result:

one thing tt really surprise me is tt my antisocial disorder is actually low.... waa... mayb i may nt be an antisocial person.... but when there is lots of ppl, i will be scare... isnt tt a sign of being antisocial??? mayb tis is more of a phobia than disorder bah... will try to change... sumhow....

tt is juz a test for fun... dun take it seriously....
but can try taking it...



ytd went the national youth env conference...
heard abt changing our eating habit... in other words change meat to vege...
den gt ppl say meat haf protein etc...
the thing is other food like tofu n egg oso contain protein... so dun nid to eat meat to take protein...
another thing is, i tink alot of ppl haf misconception abt the protein intake we nid...
our body only breakdown n synthesise 300g of protein/day... n most of the amino acids r recycle in our body... in fact, we only nid 35 to 55 g of protein/day (according to metbio)
therefore, we dun really nid alot of protein... n most of us actually take in more protein than is needed...

but the thing is, we dun eat meat juz for protein....
no offence to vegetarian, but human r born to eat both meat n vege....
according to haemotology, we nid folate n vitamin B12 to make red bld cell... folate cum frm vege, while B12 cum frm meat... so if we dun take meat, we may haf B12 deficiency, which leads to anemia....
oso, according to pathology, we require folate n B12 to convert methionine to cysteine, n vice versa... without folate n B12, there may be accumulation of methionine or cysteine which leads to hyperhomocysteinemia.... n hyperhomocysteinemia is a risk factor of heart disease.... so in order to reduce risk of heart disease, we nid both folate n B12, which is frm both vege n meat....

moral of the story: eat both vege n meat... haf a balance diet....
