next pract im gg to gt my bld drawn coz wanna test for triglycerides in my bld...
hopefully i wont haf hyperlipidemia...


den cia pract do fingerprick....
tis time round my bld glucose nv shoot up to 10.0mmol/L...
so tt means im nt hafing diabetes.... (for now)....
