yeah... i failed my napfa~~~
how many station i failed??
actually nt alot lah... juz 4 stations only... lalalalala~~~
well, 4 out of 6 stations.... hmm...
only pass sit up n sit-n-reach...
aiya~~ the stations shld haf all start wif "sit" mah...
see... i pass the stations start wif "sit"...
but tink of it like quite bad hor...
shld haf pass one more station...
at least wif failed 3 stations = pass 3 stations...
den overall 3 out of 6 pass, at least look like pass mah...
2 out of 6 pass... watever u tink of it still look like fail.... haizz haizzz....
faecalis better... pass 4 stations... haha...
hmmm... but hor, most impt is nt the result, is the 过程 mah...
at least i gt finish the napfa.... lalalala~~~
re-testing??? see how bah... but how i retest oso sure fail de lah... hahaha...
oh ya... add on the exercise dun make u lose weight but gain weight....
1) after exercise, dunno y, will get super hungry de... so will eat alot more = u eat back wat u burn... plus, will eat even more -> gain weight...
2) when exercise, we burn fats but gain muscle mass...
muscle weight alot more than fats... so exercise = more muscle = gain weight
i wan more thyroid hormone to lose weight~~~
