today when hsa there see see as part of bldbanking pract...
den see finish liao 就顺便 donate bld lor...

realised tt being a dbs student really make me nt scare of bld, needle or pain...
if tell me to donate bld last time... no way!!
but due to all the bld taking n wif a bunch of SM pple around... hu like to take bld n kena drawn bld like no business... so taking bld bcum like 家常便饭... hahaha... -_-

n guess how many pple donated today??
in our class, 6 out of 50 plus pple... waaaa... really "alot"...
一个, 两个, 三个, 四个, 五个 all didnt donate n went home... aiyo~~


donating bld is really really really painless... unbelievable...
fingerprick (which supposed to be more painful than venipuncture n takes like 2 weeks still havent heal) nt pain..
injection nt pain...
n the whole bld donating process nt pain... can say no feeling at all...

i dunno whether izzit the temp too cold tt my nerves all block... but really nt pain lah...
den bld donating, gt inject anesthesia so nt pain at all...

only thing tt i feel pain is when the nurse tightening the bld pressure thingy as tourniquet...
so tight tt i feel abit like my veins gg to burst...
all the veins pop out lah...


ohya... super unbelievable...
1st time in my life gt pple say my vein nt gd... (as in nt gd to take bld)
ooooooh~~
b4 tt im sooooo proud of my vein lah...
prominent, super visible tt u dun nid to put tourniquet or feel the vein...
veins so protruding out... juz look n can see the vein super clearly...
so nice to take bld...

but...
the nurse feel my vein.. press press...
den say nt easy to take... change hand n see..
den call the head nurse to see...
head nurse see... say my vein nt gd...
coz vein too soft... may haf big patch of blueblack after donating...
haizz... vein nt gd...


actually hesitating whether to donate or nt...
coz may haf blueblack leh...
but see hy, hafing vein tt is small than the needle (the needle is even bigger than a yakult straw...) still donating...
anaemic hy still donating... so me the nt anaemic one gt even more reason to donate mah..
so donate lor... hahaha...

luckily in the end no blueblack...
450mL of bld now shld be centrifuged n rest nicely inside the freezer bah... haha...



ohya... the nurse almost gg to gimme purple bandage...
omg... purple disgusting colour...
luckily she change to pink... ^-^ haha

ohyaya...
the wound take like 3hrs to close den still gt little bit of bld...
thx to the bigger-than-yakult-straw-needle... -_-
